This deliciously sweet and tangy glazing rub will melt all over the meat and two veg and cause unearthly satisfaction!
Try oiling and dusting up some pork belly or chicken thighs, then smoke, slow cook, or roast them! Spritz with a little cola every now and then for a total taste sensation.
Alternatively, take some chops and oil and rub as above, then grill them to the high heavens to get that scorch on them. Where there's char, there's flavour!
It's a fine powder glaze, so use it up quickly once opened to prevent clumping. To rectify any clumping, just leave a chunk in some oil or water to dissolve and use as a basting marinade.
