Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Products must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used consumable products.

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
