How to Use:

• Wings & Strips: Simply drizzle wings or chicken strips with oil and dust them in the seasoning before roasting, air frying, or BBQing. It is simple and incredibly delicious.
• The Whole Bird: Apply a dash of oil and rub the seasoning all over a whole chicken before smoking, searing, offset BBQing, or oven cooking. To take it to the next level, try adding garlic butter under the skin.
• Build a Crust: To develop a perfect crust, spritz the meat during the cooking process with apple juice, cola, or cherryade.
