• The Ultimate Falafel Flatbread: Load up a flatbread with mountains of hummus, raw onion, fresh coriander, shredded cabbage, crunchy lettuce, sliced peppers, and tomatoes. Finish it off with a "waterfall" of Money Shot drizzled all over.
• Mango Glazed Grilled Chicken: Marinate chicken thighs in the sauce before slapping them on the flame grill. Keep some sauce aside for basting during the cook to keep the meat juicy and flavorful. Served best with flatbreads and fresh salad.
