This seasoning was created to taste just like extra tasty roast chicken. It has all of that umami goodness to amplify every meal with tasty chicken flavour.

It is perfect for dusting roast spuds or chips - get them nice n golden before tossing them in this at the end. Voila - chicken potatoes. Yum!

It's also a go-to chicken stock powder - boosts risottos and pasta dishes, soups, stews and pretty much anything else. Try boosting a chicken curry with it! It can also be mixed into curry powder and chicken gravy to make katsu style sauce!

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened use within 2 weeks re-seal after each use. This is like magical powder, it's very fine. This means it can be susceptible to clumping if exposed to steam, high temperatures etc so use sensibly. Use your fingers to break up the clumps if needed.
