The pizza stones from The Bastard are made from special cordite ceramics and manufactured at a very high temperature. They are therefore suitable for baking pizza at high temperatures. We recommend using the pizza stone in combination with the Plate Setter - Heat deflector to prevent the pizza from burning on the stone.
